Yes, our delivery is really free!
Your medications will be hand-delivered by a member of our local team.
Yes! You will need to be home for delivery, we are not allowed to leave medication at the door. We will need a signature for the delivery of the medication.
Our pharmacists are experts in every aspect of care, from everyday issues like the common cold to complex conditions like fertility treatments, HIV/PrEP/HRT, diabetes, heart and lung health, and more.
We will put all the medication that you take Orally that are solid tablets or capsules. If you take something as needed it will come from our pharmacy to you in a prescription bottle, If you use inhalers, creams, ointments, suppositories, or liquid they can be filled at the same time as your packs, and they will be placed inside the package when we hand deliver your medication.
We take the work out of you having to sort your medication and put them in a pill box. Giving you more time to spend with family and friends and doing things you enjoy while we do the work for you. You don’t have to take your whole pill box with you or dump out a one time slot and find something to carry it in.
We can dispense a partial supply in a prescription vial. Then your new medication will be in the pack when you receive your new box.
We will contact your doctor for refills on your medications that are in your AidRx packs. We will also reach out to you to make sure there are no changes in your current medications. If your doctor denies your prescription, we will notify you so you can contact their office.
We will reach out to you before your AidRx pack runs out, we will give you a call to review your current medications to make sure there are no changes to your AidRx pack. During this time, we will also talk to you about any new prescriptions we may have received from your doctor’s office to see if you want to add those to your box.
The TSA does not require passengers to have medications in prescription bottles. You can travel with your medication in both carry-on and checked baggage.
